Service Description
This fun but challenging workout follows timed rounds in 3 Phases: - Phase 1: Warm-ups - Phase 2: Conditioning with and without equipment - Phase 3: Punching, kicking, striking, and defence on pads and heavy bags (where available). All 3 phases are made relevant to the skill of the day. The warm-ups & conditioning will prepare your body and develop the movement and strength required to execute techniques in the last phase on the pads. The objective of the session is to keep you working at a pace of 3 mins on, 1 min off while distracting you from the effort by focusing on technique and understanding. You will come away from the session having worked both your muscles and cardiovascular system and deepened your understanding of sport combat and self-defence
