We get it - personal training is a big financial commitment. So why not add to the fun and subtract from the cost by bringing a friend or 2 for only $30 more until the end of 2019. That's like buy one get one half price! Sessions are tailored for all abilities and all clients get personal attention and instruction. You'll be shown how to execute all the exercises and techniques, but also how to hold pads and become a good training partner so that you ALL get a good workout and improve your kickboxing and fitness. Best of all, training with a friend helps keep you accountable and encourages you to 'show up' both actually and figuratively, which helps you hit your long term goals.
