We come to you with all equipment and a lot of energy to take your group through kickboxing or boxing training or strength & conditioning workouts. Ideal for corporate team building or health initiatives, social group experiences, or charity events. Contact us with your group details and goal for the event and we'll do the rest. Group maximums may apply. Sorry, but we can only accommodate adult participants for the time being.
